Through his sister Finis, Sunny’s brother shared that Sunny was battling a short-term illness. Although Sunny was declared dead at the hospital, he made an attempt to leave his house to help a pregnant neighbor woman deliver her baby. He collapsed and died before reaching the woman’s house. The feeling everyone had for Sunny went from sympathy to anger with regards to how he passed away. Sunny Obazu-Ojeagbase, a Nigerian native who became the first international record-holding graduate from the David Lipscomb University (DLU), passed away on Sunday, June 18th, 2017 in due course of a brave fight against a short-term illness that had befallen him.
How Sunny Obazu- Ojeagbase Die?
Sunny was diagnosed with pneumonia (short-term sickness) after returning from Nigeria to the United States in May 2017. He underwent extensive treatment but passed away at a US hospital on June 18th, 2017. He was 27 years old. A spirited girl in her early teens, Sunny Obazu Ojeagbase was one of the major beneficiaries of a special scholarship scheme with the UN Special Envoy for Global Education and former British Prime Minister Gordon Brown. Her brief illness triggered her demise just a few weeks before she could resume school term following the annual end-of-year break.
